Stephanie O. Kadiri “StephREDD”
StephREDD is a connoisseur Self-ReEngineering and Communication Coach who helps individuals and teams to optimise their personal and collective genius for self and social impact. She is a trained Linguist, a certified Life Coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practitioner with two decades of bilingual working experience spanning across anglophone and francophone Africa. With a self-acclaimed title, “The Genius-Activator”, StephREDD is a seasoned instructor and transformational Speaker with an audacious knack for making people laugh, even at their insecurities while offering them an opportunity to rise above them and thrive despite them. Her constant charge is “Never give up until they win. At the worst, finish strong!”
StephREDD is the convener of the annual Unveil, Review, Redefine, Relaunch (UR³) conference – an annual resilience conference that provides strategies and psychosocial support to enable them to effectively and successfully navigate the vicissitudes of a progressively disruptive world. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). When she is not wearing any of her numerous professional hats, StephREDD loves to sing, dance and leave a happy cheer with others. She is the Chief Genius at Stephredd Solutions and is married with two sons.
