Al currently works at LinkedIn in London as a Global Client Executive working on the Google account. He is an American who has specialised in the advertising and marketing field over the past 18 years in his career. He has led large media and marketing campaigns for well-known brands worldwide. He has lived and worked in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is a graduate of the Yale School of Management.
One of his passions is education. He has volunteered as a teacher of children, youth and adults in moral and character education inspired by the Baha'i Faith. He has also worked in the Admissions office at Yale screening applications and conducting student interviews.
